This range of Power Packs are zone 2 certified and comply
with British / European and IEC standards.
The power packs are housed on a substantial base and protected
by a tubular crash frame, fitted with dedicated lifting points.
The pump set consists of a 6 cylinder diesel engine complete
with zone 2 safety system driving a variable displacement
piston pump and auxiliary fixed displacement pump via a bellhousing
and coupling. Both pump suction lines take oil from the hydraulic
oil tank which is fitted with suction, pressure and return
filters along with sight level gauge and filler breather.
Additional oil cooling is provided by a hydraulically powered
oil cooler driven by the auxiliary pump.
The Power Packs are fitted with a relief valve for overload
protection.
